Salsa lessons at the Bettendorf Life Fitness Center! This sexy club
dance is famous for the hip motion, or "Salsa hips" that it develops.
Salsa is also famous for it's
flashy turn sequences and complex arm entanglements. An accomplished
Salsa dancer develops a remarkable feel for arm movement and leading from
a variety of arm positions.
Pre-registration is not necessary for this class, but we would appreciate

No membership to Bettendorf Life Fitness Center is required; just tell the
front desk that you're there for the Swing class. Bettendorf Life Fitness
members are, of course, more than welcome.
